Karen Millie-James is recognised internationally as an expert in corporate affairs and cross-border transactions, sitting on the board of many UK and international companies in an advisory capacity.

As an entrepreneur, she has established several successful businesses including her consultancy group which offers turn-key solutions to companies under one service provider, accountancy, publishing, hotels, beauty, property, and retail. She has been a mentor to MBA students at the University of Westminster, a linguist (French and Spanish), a sometime radio broadcaster and business panellist. Karen has undertaken many speaking engagements, bringing her expertise, humour and motivational skills to the British Association of Women Entrepreneurs (BAWE), which she was invited to join, Metro Bank, business groups, enterprise schemes, Princess Cruise Line, local community groups and schools.   She is also a published author of two thriller novels which have received considerable acclaim.
